I'm glad I visited and bookmarked your blog. The Free State Project is fascinating. I wonder if the whole "Special Administrative District" strategy would have a chance of success. My concern would be a change in government towards the totalitarian in the partner country, which could lead to that government turning a looter's gaze onto the Free State.
